Before your order is confirmed
- Send us the product name or product-page link and your delivery location.
- We will confirm current availability, the product price, shipping charge and estimated dispatch and delivery time.
- Please check your name, phone number, complete address and postal code carefully.
Dispatch and tracking
After dispatch, tracking details will be shared when they are provided by the delivery partner. Delivery dates are estimates and may change because of courier operations, weather, holidays, destination restrictions or other events outside our control.
International delivery
International enquiries are welcome. Available carriers, shipping charges and the estimated timeline will be confirmed on WhatsApp for your destination. Customs duties, import taxes or local handling fees, if applicable, may be charged separately by the destination authorities or carrier.
